On 19 June 2006, the Company was informed of the following material interest in
its Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'):


Further to the recent buy back of 80,000 Ordinary Shares by the company, the
shareholding of John Spens of 1,552,330 Ordinary Shares represents 12.07% of the
Company's issued share capital.
