Macfarlane Group PLC confirms that an interim dividend of 0.50p per share will be paid on Thursday 13 October 2011 to all shareholders whose names appear on the register of members at the close of business on Friday 23 September 2011.

The ex-dividend date will be Wednesday 21 September 2011.
