Final Dividend


Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM on 15 May 2007, the final
dividend for the year ended 31 December 2006 of 1p per ordinary share will be 
paid on 21 June 2007 to those shareholders on the registrar on 18 May 2007.
