Pursuant to AIM rule 17, 'any relevant changes to any significant shareholders',
we hereby make the following notification:-



On the 5th June 2007, Moore Macro Fund, LP disclosed a decrease in their holding
of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 7.05% to 6.9%. This resulted from the sale of
150,000 shares on the 18th  May 2007. They are now the direct owner of 7,250,000
shares.
