On the 25th May 2007, AMVESCAP plc disclosed an increase in their holding of
Ordinary  Shares US$0.01 from 19.52% to 20.29%. This resulted from the purchase of 810,000
shares on the 22nd May 2007. They are now the indirect owner of 21,310,000 shares.
