Pursuant to AIM rule 17, 'any relevant changes to any significant shareholders',
we hereby make the following notification:-

On the 06 November 2007, Invesco PLC disclosed an increase in their holding of
Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 26.7% to 28.08%. This resulted from the purchase of 
1,450,000 shares on 31 October 2007. They are now the indirect owner of 
29,485,000 shares.
