The Board of the Company received notification today that Tim Henderson, a
non-executive director of the Company, bought a total of 5,000 shares via the
following transaction:

29 February 2008 5,000 shares bought at 107.15p per share

The beneficial interest of Mr Henderson following these transactions is 30,000
ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
