Directors' dealings

Winkworth was notified on 28 November 2013 that, on 27 November 2013, the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") took place:

·     Northcliff Mountain S.A (previously known as Sundown Assets Foundation), sold 276,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.63 per share and 48,900 Ordinary Shares at £1.69 per share. Northcliff Mountain S.A is a trust company controlled by Irene Ho Kim Kee, wife of Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company 

·     Dominic Agace, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 3,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.63 per share.

Following these transactions, Simon Agace's total interest in the Company is 5,316,144 Ordinary Shares, representing 41.9% of the Company's issued share capital, and Dominic Agace's total interest in the Company is 541,128 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.3% of the Company's issued share capital.

Winkworth was also notified on 28 November 2013 that Irene Ho Kim Kee is no longer a shareholder in HKK Investments Ltd. S.A., holder of 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
