Director's dealings

Winkworth was notified on 16 May 2011 that Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 87.5 pence per share and 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 82 pence per share in Winkworth also on 16 May 2011.  Following this transaction, Mr Agace is interested in a total of 6,136,250 Ordinary Shares, of which 12,000 are held by London & Oxford Limited, a company in which Mr Agace is also a shareholder.  His new holding in the Company represents 48.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
