                     Notification of Preliminary Results


M.P. Evans Group PLC, a producer of Indonesian palm oil and Australian beef 
cattle, will be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 
31 December 2007 on 1 May 2008.

A presentation for analysts will be held on the day at 0930hrs. The
