DIRECTORS' SHARE INTERESTS
Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
60,000 shares of 10p each granted at 85.05p per share. The aforementioned 60,000
shares have been sold as follows:

30,000 at 201 pence per share
30,000 at 204 pence per share

His  present  interests  in the issued share capital  of  the  Company  are  as
follows:

Beneficial:  Nil
Non-beneficial:  Nil
Options:  258,951 shares of 10p each



ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued share capital following the allotment of 60,000  shares  in
respect  of  the  share  options exercised today is £5,074,615.30  divided  into
50,746,153 shares of 10p each.
