NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The  Company  has  today  been notified by Aberdeen Asset  Management  PLC  that
following  a disposal of 221,506 shares on 21 February 2007, their interest,  as
fund  manager,  in the issued and voting share capital of the  Company,  is  now
5,528,250 shares representing 10.84%.
