The Company has today been notified by Aberdeen Asset Management PLC that,
following a disposal of 213,011 shares of 10 pence on 18 January 2007, their
interest, as fund manager, in the issued share capital of the Company is now
5,967,440 shares representing 11.71% (previously 12.13%).
