The Company has today been advised by Alcatel Bell
Pensioenfonds VZW that they have purchased, on 30 July
2003, 2,000,000 shares of the Company at 123p per share.
Their interest in the issued share capital of the Company
is now 3,422,200 shares of 10p each representing 7.12%.
