BOARD CHANGES

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 21 September 2009, M.P. Evans
Group  PLC  has  appointed Tristan Robert Julian Price as an executive  director
with effect from 1 January 2010. Tristan Price, who is 43, joined the Company in
December 2006 as Group finance controller and has now been appointed as  finance
director.  Mr Price qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers  &  Lybrand
after  which  he worked as an economist with the Organisation for  Economic  Co-
operation and Development (OECD) and latterly as head of financial planning  and
policy at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Further information concerning Mr Price, required to be disclosed in respect  of
the  above appointment, pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules
for Companies, is as follows:

Other directorships in the past five years - C P Consultants Limited

Share interests in the issued share capital of the Company:

   Beneficial:  nil
   Non-beneficial:  nil
   Options:  150,000 shares of 10p each

There  is  no other information that is required to be disclosed under  schedule
2(g) of the AIM rules for Companies.
