DIRECTORS' SHARE INTERESTS
MR O D WILKINSON
Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
10,800  shares  of  10p each (representing 0.02 per cent  of  the  issued  share
capital  of the Company) granted at 101.78p per share. These 10,800 shares  have
subsequently  been  sold  in a private transaction to Mr  Chandra  Sekaran,  the
senior director of the Group's Indonesian operations, at 295p per share.

Mr  Wilkinson's interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now  as
follows:

Beneficial:  nil
Non-beneficial:  nil
Options:  127,426 shares of 10p each


ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued  and  voting  share capital  following  the  aforementioned
exercise of the options is 52,222,385 shares of 10p each.
