MR O D WILKINSON
Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
10,000  shares  of  10p each (representing 0.02 per cent  of  the  issued  share
capital  of  the Company) granted at 126.5p per share. These 10,000 shares  have
been sold at 400p per share.

His interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now as follows:

Beneficial:  nil
Non-beneficial:  nil
Options:  138,226 shares of 10p each


ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued  and  voting  share capital  following  the  aforementioned
exercise of the options is 51,712,008 shares of 10p each.
