Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
5,000 shares of 10p each (representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital
of  the Company) granted at 126.5p per share. These 5,000 shares have been  sold
in the open market at 460p per share.

His interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now as follows:

Beneficial:  nil
Non-beneficial:  nil
Options:  154,476 shares of 10p each


ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued  and  voting  share capital  following  the  aforementioned
exercise of the options is 51,695,758 shares of 10p each.
