was interested by attribution only 5,859,949 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 10.8 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Of these 5,859,949 shares

   •Its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Goldman Sachs International, held a
    beneficial interest in 4,966,469 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
    representing 9.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

   •Subsidiaries of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc, acting as discretionary
    managers held 893,480 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
    representing 1.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
