was interested by attribution only 5,579,294 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 10.3% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Of these 5,579,294 shares

     •    Its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Goldman Sachs International, 
          held a beneficial interest in 4,720,949 ordinary shares of 1p each in 
          the Company, representing 8.7% per cent of the issued share capital of 
          the Company.

     •    Subsidiaries of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc, acting as discretionary
          managers held 858,345 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
          representing 1.6% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
