The Company was notified on 25 September 2023 that Bruce Marson, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 33,741 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 148.19 pence per share on 25 September 2023.

As a result of this transaction, Bruce Marson's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total holding of 33,741 Ordinary Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
