CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

LSL Property Services plc (LSL), announces the resignation of Kumsal Bayazit as a Non Executive Director and member of its Remuneration Committee, Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee with effect from LSL's 2019 AGM which will take place on 30^th April 2019.

Kumsal was appointed to the LSL Board in September 2015 and has made a significant contribution during her tenure as a Non Executive Director.  Kumsal was recently appointed CEO of Elsevier, effective from 15^th February 2019 and intends to focus on this new role.   The process to recruit a new Non Executive Director to the LSL Board is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
