                               Directorate change

LSL Property Services plc announces the resignation of Peter Hales as non
executive director to take effect from the 30th June 2008. Peter has made a
significant contribution on the LSL Board for over 3 years, a period which
includes the flotation of the business, and now wishes to concentrate on other
business interests. The process to recruit a replacement for Peter has now
started and an announcement will be made in due course.
