Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares

LSL announces that Simon Embley, Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 80,000
LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each  ('Shares') on 17th March 2008 in
London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 130.0p.

In addition, David Newnes, acquired 80,000 Shares on 17th March 2008 in London.
The Shares were acquired at a price of  130.0p.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings in LSL
are as follows:
