Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares

LSL announces that Roger Matthews, Chairman, acquired 25,000 LSL's ordinary
shares of 0.2pence each ('Shares') on 30th November 2007 in London. The Shares
were acquired at a price of 144p.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, Roger Matthews' holdings in LSL is as
