LSL Property Services plc ('LSL')

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares
LSL announces that the following LSL Directors acquired LSL's ordinary shares of
0.2pence each ('Shares') on 27th November 2007 in London:

Simon Embley, CEO          135,000
Dean Fielding, Group FD     27,500

In addition, the following PDMRs acquired Shares on 27th November 2007 in
London:

David Newnes              27,500
Nigel Favas                9,000

Further, Matthew Latham and Nicola Latham, both children of Paul Latham, LSL's
Deputy CEO, acquired 13,750 (each)  Shares on 27th November 2007 in London.
All of the above individuals acquired the Shares at a price of 133.33p.

On 28th November 2007 the following LSL Directors acquired LSL's ordinary shares
of 0.2pence each ('Shares')  in London:

Simon Embley, CEO                       15,000
Dean Fielding, Group FD                  2,500
Mark Morris, Non Executive Director      5,000

In addition, the following PDMRs acquired Shares on 28th November 2007 in
London:

David Newnes                 2,500
Nigel Favas                  2,500

Further, Matthew Latham and Nicola Latham, both children of Paul Latham, LSL's
Deputy CEO, acquired 1,250 (each)  Shares on 28th November 2007 in London.
All of the above individuals acquired the Shares at a price of 135p.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings
(including, where relevant, those of their connected persons) in the LSL are as
