Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares
LSL announces that the following LSL Directors acquired LSL's ordinary shares of
0.2pence each ('Shares') on 23 October 2007 in London:


Simon Embley, CEO                      100,000

Dean Fielding, Group FD                 40,000

Roger Matthews, Chairman                12,500

Mark Morris, Non Executive Director      5,000

Mark Warburton, Non Executive Director   2,500

In addition, the following PDMRs acquired Shares on 23 October 2007 in London:

David Newnes                            50,000

Nigel Favas                              4,000

Further, Matthew Latham and Nicola Latham, both children of Paul Latham, LSL's
Deputy CEO, acquired 15,000 (each)  Shares on 23 October 2007 in London.

All of the above individuals acquired the Shares at a price of 155p.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings
(including, where relevant, those of their connected persons) in the LSL are as
