EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

LPA GROUP PLC ('LPA' or 'the Company')

The  Company  has applied to the UK Listing Authority  for  50,000
ordinary  shares  of 10p each, which were issued pursuant  to  the
exercise  of  share options, to be admitted to the Official  List,
and  to  the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted
to  trading.  These shares will rank pari passu with the  existing
ordinary  shares  of  the  Company and dealings  are  expected  to
commence on 1 February 2001.
