LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that, further to the interim results announcement released by the Company on 17 June 2021, Len Porter is retiring from the Board on 31 December 2021.
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Len for his input and assistance throughout the last 7 years. During his tenure Len has undertaken important roles including that of the Senior Independent Director as well as chairing both the Remuneration and Audit Committees. We all wish him well for the future."
