The  Company  has  today been notified that on 23 April 2010  Per  Staehr,  Non-
Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of  10p  each
in  the Company, at a price of 36 pence per share. Further to the purchase,  Per
Staehr is beneficially interested in 82,500 ordinary shares, being 0.72% of  the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
