Appointment of a New Non-Executive Director
Lowland Investment Company plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Robertson to the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2011.
Mr John Hancox, Chairman of Lowland Investment Company plc said: "Robert Robertson brings valuable experience to the Board from his long and varied business career at Anglo American Group. When he retired he was Chief Executive of Anglo Industrial Minerals, London. He is currently a Director of Blackrock Smaller Companies Trust plc and Buro Happold Engineers Limited."
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Mr Robertson.
