Annual General Meeting held on

Wednesday 22 January 2014

Lowland Investment Company plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed, four of which were special resolutions, including resolutions that a general meeting may be called on not fewer than 14 clear days' notice, authorising the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99% (equivalent to 4,031,174 ordinary shares as at today's date) and adopting new Articles of Association.
