Notice of General Meeting
LoopUp Group plc (AIM: LOOP), the cloud platform for premium hybrid communications, announces that it will issue a Notice of General Meeting to be held on 18 August 2022 to consider resolutions relating to the annual report and accounts that were not put to the Annual General Meeting.
A copy of the Notice of General Meeting is available to view on the Company's website: www.loopup.com/investors and is expected to be posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy. The Company will hold the General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. on 18 August 2022 at the offices of Panmure Gordon at One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
