RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF LOOKERS ('AGM')

The Board of Lookers is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 25 May 2011 the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were passed.
