The Company has been advised that Henry Kenneth Surgenor, Chief Executive, today
(30 June, 2006) purchased 1,100 Ordinary Shares at 788p per share. Mr Surgenor's
total holding is now 200,011 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.56%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
