Lookers plc - Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Lookers plc ('Lookers' or 'the Company') has been notified that one of the companies that represent a proportion of the family interests of Mr Tony Bramall, a non-executive director of the Company, has sold ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company as detailed below. The Company has been informed that the sale does not alter the continuing support for Lookers by the Bramall family who believe that the Company will continue the excellent growth it has shown over the past few years.

Following the transaction, the family interest of Mr Tony Bramall will continue to have a very significant interest in the Company as holders of 63,487,636 Ordinary Shares representing 16.15% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 16 March 2015 is 393,219,968 Ordinary Shares.

All Ordinary Shares are voting shares with one vote per share.
