                              Listing Application


The Company has applied for 64,744 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange. Admission of these shares to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on 30 November 2005.

These shares have been issued to shareholders that have elected to take their
interim dividend for the six months to 30 June 2005 in the form of new shares.

A copy of the circular dated 9 November 2005 has been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority and is available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
