LIBERTY Plc:
CHANGE OF ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE
Liberty Plc ('Liberty'), the Regent Street emporium 67% owned by Marylebone
Warwick Balfour Group Plc, today announces that it has resolved to change its
Accounting Reference Date from 30th June to 31st December.
Liberty will publish Second Interim Accounts for the period ended 30th June 2006
in September 2006. These accounts will include detailed financial information
for Liberty for the six months ended 30th June 2006, comparative information for
the six months ended 30th June 2005 and full year results for the 12 months
ended 30th June 2006.
Shareholders will, therefore, be appraised of Liberty's financial and operating
performance both for the full year to the previous year end of 30th June and for
the first six months of the new financial year to 31st December 2006.
