Jacqueline Unsworth, the Commercial Director of Retail Stores, stepped down from
the Board on 11 February 2005. Jacqueline continues to be available to work with
the Company as a consultant.

Iain Renwick, Chief Executive of Retail Stores commented:

'I would like to thank Jacqueline on behalf of the Board for the valuable
contribution she has made to the turnaround of the Company. My fellow directors
and I wish her well in the future.'
