London & Stamford Property Limited ('London & Stamford' or the 'Company')

Newcastle-under-Lyme - Amendment

London & Stamford announces that the Board of the Company has approved
amendments to the share exchange agreement (the 'Agreement') which was
summarised in the admission document dated 2 November 2007. The Agreement
envisaged that certain claw back provisions would apply depending on the amount
realised from the disposal of the property at Barracks Road,
Newcastle-under-Lyme (the 'Property') on or before 31 December 2007. Discussions
are currently ongoing that may now result in the Property being leased.
Consequently, the claw back provisions in the Agreement have been amended to
include a revaluation of the Property by no later than 30 September 2008.
