Financing of Highbury Residential Portfolio for £25m

Further to the Company's Interim Management Statement of 21 July 2011, London & Stamford Property Plc (LSE: LSP.L) is pleased to announce that it has completed the £25 million financing with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company secured against London & Stamford's residential assets at Highbury.  The facility was arranged by Laxfield Capital.
