DIRECTORS DEALINGS

 

LondonMetric Property Plc (LSE: LMP), announces that pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1 the following transactions have taken place.

 

Philip Watson, a non-executive director of the Company, has increased his beneficial holding of ordinary shares as his wife has purchased 80,000 ordinary shares at 130.5p on 29 November 2013.  Philip Watson and his wife are now the beneficial holders of 174,000 shares of the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

Patrick Vaughan, Executive Chairman of the Company, has decreased his beneficial holding of ordinary shares by selling 282,000 ordinary shares from his SIPP at 129.0p on 2 December 2013.  Patrick Vaughan remains the beneficial holder of 16,391,997 shares of the Company, representing 2.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
