Annual Report and Annual General Meeting

LondonMetric Property Plc (LSE:LMP) announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014, and the Circular convening the Annual General Meeting, will today be sent to shareholders. The Circular explains the resolutions to be considered at the AGM to be held on 17 July 2014, in particular, the proposal relating to the transfer of the listing category of the whole of the Company's issued share capital from a premium listed closed-ended investment fund under Chapter 15 of the Listing Rules, to a premium listed commercial company under Chapter 6 of the Listing Rules.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Circular will today be available on the Company's website at www.londonmetric.com. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents will also be submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM 

The Company previously announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2014 via RNS on 3 June 2014.
