London Stock Exchange Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:


London Stock Exchange Group plc's capital consists of 213,216,890 ordinary
shares of 6 79/86 pence each with voting rights together with 7,845,459 B shares
of 200 pence each and 119,367,250 deferred shares of 200 pence each.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in London Stock Exchange Group plc
is 213,216,890 ordinary shares.


The above figure (213,216,890) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, London Stock Exchange Group
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
