The following notification is made in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As at 31July 2014, London Stock Exchange Group plc had in issue 272,608,651 ordinary shares of 6 79/86 pence each with voting rights. London Stock Exchange Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in London Stock Exchange Group plc is 272,608,651 ordinary shares.
