London Market Information Link. This action will commence in the next few
minutes and will take approximately three hours to complete.

LMIL publishes Regulatory News Service announcements, trade, order and quote
information and indices data.

During this down time further updates on the current technical problems will be
provided by faxed Service Announcement.
