PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES



London Security plc announces that on 6 January 2005 the Company purchased for
cancellation 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 1380 pence per
share, and a further 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of
1381.15 pence per share in a separate transaction.



The issued share capital of the Company is now 14,463,816 ordinary shares.
