Transaction in Own Shares

London Security plc announces that on 17 June it purchased 11,100 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 800 pence per share.

The purchase equates to approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital at that time.

Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,283,698.
