Transaction in Own Shares


London Security plc announces that on 13 February 2007 it purchased 8,400
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1150
pence per share.


Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is
12,294,798.
