Purchase of Own Securities

London Securities PLC announces that it has today re-purchased for
cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares at 600p per share, representing 0.7 per
cent of the issued share capital.

Following this re-purchase the issued share capital now amounts to 14,507,316
ordinary shares.
